All Tours Istanbul has been serving the guests coming to Istanbul since 2010. We organize many tours ourselves. We share some tours with other agencies. (Dinner cruise-Cappadocia etc.). Our company is a member of the Association of Turkish Agencies. Our vehicles and guests are insured in all our tours. All Tours Istanbul provides Istanbul tour services to agencies from many countries.
Cancellation Policy;
Standart ;Most of our activities come with a 24-hour free cancellation policy, meaning you can cancel your booking up until 24 hours before the activity starts to receive a full refund...
We are offer some different way to pay our guest and cancellation Policy is change;
1-) Book Now pay on the Tour.(for many daily tours Policy)
2-) Book Now and payment Advance .The rest amount will pay on the Arrival to Istanbul (some private tours/ pacgake tours etc)
3-) Book now pay total amount. (This option is only valid for the new year part.)
Tour Payment Policy;
You can gift our tours to your relatives visiting Istanbul. We have many options for payments. You can always use the SSL protected online credit card option.
We collect payments from our guests as follows;
1-) Book Now pay on the Tour.
2-) Pay with online secure card payment.
3-) Pay with Credit card form (Mail Order).
4-) Pay with Bank transfer (Guest pays bank commission)
Tour Transfer Service;
1-) We are offer for all our tours free pick up service free off charge.
2-) We are offer free pick up service Just From Europe Side and Just From City center Hotels.
3-) Our Pick up Location are ; Fatih Region-Beyoğlu/Taksim Region-Şişli Region
4-) We are inform our guest about Pick up time after Booking confirmation.
5-) We dont offer dropping service just our Half Day Morning Tours.
Tour Other Details;
1-) All our tours have licensed guides.
2-) All our tours have vehicle and guest insurance.
3-) All our Full Day tours inculuding Lunch.Also we have vegetarian food but please inform us or guide before for this request.
4-) All on our tours babies free off Charge (0 till 2 years) and Childs are discount rate (
